Fantastische ervaring: Took part in a giveaway sponsored by Maximal Trips and they provided all the information so quick and easy. Looking forward to travel to the splash! Festival with my best friend!

Negatieve ervaring: Went to full force festival and booked a Bus from Leipzig to the Festival. 2/3 days before..just cancelled it. Had another one booked from the festival to Berlin. Waited for hours in the sun!! Bus NEVER came. Had to find our own way home... Now refusing to answer any of my emails. No apology,no explanation, no refund. Nothing. Terrible company. Avoid at all cost!!!!!! Edit for the response: You did not arrange a way back to Berlin. Don’t lie. We waited for hours in the heat. We eventually got kicked from festival grounds as they wanted to shut down and we couldn’t stay there anymore. So we had to take a shuttle bus to the train station and take a train to Berlin. To this day, no refund, no apology.

Fantastische ervaring: Goeie busrit! Fijne bus chauffeur. Er worden voldoende stops gemaakt ook voor de rokers onder ons. Vertrokken op tijd en voor we het wisten waren we bij Melt! Gezien de bus overboekt was werd ik als reisleider toegevoegd aan de crew waardoor ik toch met mijn vrienden mee kon reizen. Dit was een goeie oplossing.

Negatieve ervaring: Voorheen altijd tevreden, maar nu bus 2 weken voor festival geannuleerd. Uit het niets mail ontvangen dat het volledige bedrag gerestitueerd wordt, zonder verdere uitleg of informatie. Ook op de website geen informatie te vinden, terwijl wel opeens alle busreizen uit Nederland van de website gehaald zijn. Maximal trips is niet te bereiken voor vragen. Ik zal nog even reageren op jullie reactie: Zowel in mijn gewone email als spam-mail heb ik géén email over de annulering van de bus ontvangen. Uiteraard had ik dit al meermaals gecheckt. Ik heb enkel een mail vanuit Paylogic ontvangen over het restitutiebedrag. Zij hebben uiteindelijk ook gereageerd op mijn vraag of de bus geannuleerd is. Opvallend dat bij zo goed als élke negatieve review, er een reactie geplaatst wordt waarin wordt geïnsinueerd dat de schuld bij de ander ligt, maar niet bij Maximal. Dat een bus zo kort dag nog geannuleerd wordt, maakt dit bedrijf gewoon onbetrouwbaar. Vervoer is kennelijk niet gegarandeerd wanneer je een ticket koopt, dus vandaar mijn 1 ster. En om terug te komen op de cancelcultuur: ik houd ook niet van de last-minute cancelcultuur van bussen :)

Positieve ervaring: Es war sehr toll, die Busfahrt hat gut geklappt und die Laune im Bus war auch super!

Fantastische ervaring: Als reisleider meegegaan naar Rockwerchter toe. Betrouwbare organisatie en fijn dat je met je vrienden in dezelfde bus zit, ook al stap je op andere locaties op.

Positieve ervaring: Top ervaring gehad en als reisleider ook goede begeleiding vanuit Maximal Trips. Op de heenweg naar Splash Festival echter wel wat vertraging opgelopen, maar de terugreis was vlekkeloos. Erg goede sfeer en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Negatieve ervaring: I have no choice but to leave a very very bad review on this bus company. This is a scam. This bus company provided an inaccurate pin location and left me stranded at 2AM, out of nowhere. I tried to reach out to them, no response. No refund or compensation was given and no responsibility was taken either from this bus company. Long story short: I booked a one way trip ticket from the Awakenings festival to Ghent. I paid 50 Eur for the bus ticket. A day before they told me to check the website for the pick up location.I checked and went to the location, but no buses from the company were there. No staff from the bus company or festival presented even. So I was left alone at 2 AM in a very cold night out of no where in the Netherlands. Thank god I survived.

Fantastische ervaring: A great bus trip to the most amazing festival ever. The perfect way to travel!

Positieve ervaring: Relaxte reis gehad naar Fusion, zowel de passagiers als de chauffeur wilden bij heen en terugreis vooral snel en rustig naar de locatie reizen, daardoor verliep de reis heel prettig. De wat krappere bussen zijn voor een reis van acht uur nog redelijk vol te houden en we hadden verder veel geluk met het verkeer. Prima reis en de sfeer was goed!

Fantastische ervaring: Al meerdere malen met de Maximal busreis mee geweest naar buitenlandse festivals (Fusion en Nachtdigitaal). Ideaal als je zonder stress wilt reizen en voor de ingang van het festival gedropt en opgepikt wilt worden. De laatste keer ook als reisleider meegegaan wat erg goed bevallen was. Raadt het zeker aan!

Negatieve ervaring: Transport annulé 2 semaines avant le festival par manque de voyageurs pour le trajet. Le remboursement du transport a bien été effectué mais pas les frais de dossier. 6 euros à ma charge alors que je n'ai eu aucun service

Negatieve ervaring: fraudsters. taking too much money (twice) from your account and then only paying back parts of it. to respond to the answer of the owner: i made it clear that i only ordered once, but the payment/order went through twice. this is not my fault. emails have just been ignored for days. and the "refund" was not a full refund, but a partial one.

Fantastische ervaring: Ich was Tourguide ans Let it roll. Die Busfahrt wahr sehr gut von Maximal Trips organisiertet und der Busfahrer war Top. Die fahrt wahr sehr angenehm und die Kommunikation stimmte auch.

Bis alle Passagiere ihren gebuchten Bus gefunden hatten, war es ein wenig chaotisch, da einfach viel los, doch die BusGuides haben allen sehr freundlich geholfen, so dass letztendlich jede/r gut nach Hause reisen konnte. Gern wieder!

Negatieve ervaring: Went to Nachtdigital (going and back), no toilet on the bus, even though promised in the description. Also no clear indication of where the bus is leaving. On top they sold more bus tickets then they had seats.

Positieve ervaring: Met een vriendin via Maximal heen en terug naar Dour Festival gereisd. Comfortabele bus met chille chauffeur, maar helaas liet de organisatie wat te wensen over. Er werd nauwelijks met ons gecommuniceerd over hoe de reis zou verlopen. Zo kwamen we er kort voor vertrek pas achter dat we echt mega veel tussenstops hadden, wat erin resulteerde dat we laat op de camping waren. Ook leek er niet echt nagedacht te zijn over of de aangegeven pickuppoints wel te bereiken waren voor zo'n mega grote bus. Dat zorgde wel voor wat lastige situaties, maar gelukkig was de chauffeur erg bekwaam. Eenmaal in Dour leek de organisatie daar niet op de hoogte van de komst van de Maximale bus, dus werden we totaal de verkeerde kant op geleid. De wc-tank was vol, waardoor allemaal mensen in flessen gingen urineren. Niet per se de vibe waar ik voor ging haha. De terugweg verliep een stuk soepeler en heb ik verder niks op aan te merken. Als je geen rijbewijs hebt zou ik dit wel aanraden, maar wij gaan proberen volgend jaar zelf te rijden, omdat het dus zo belachelijk lang duurde allemaal.

Positieve ervaring: Voor het eerst met Maximal meegereisd als reisleider naar fusion, top geregeld! Goed bereikbaar en de busreis was erg gezellig en een fijne sfeer. Aanrader voor als je zorgeloos op je festival wilt aankomen!

Negatieve ervaring: We had a bad experience with this company. We bought travel tickets from Utretch to a camping site for Werchter Festival 2023. The driver stopped in a factory at 50min by walking from the camping and we were suggested to walk until there or wait an hour for the driver to get ready to decide what to do next. Apparently Maximal Trips gave wrong specifications of the location and date, but they did not offer any solution. After an hour of waiting, the driver dropped us at 40min by walking from the camping because that was the best he could do for us. We were supposed to get dropped off at the entrance of the camping and this is not what happened. All the travelers in the bus had to walk for 40min with all the luggage over us to reach the camping. On top of that, we had to walk back to the same location to be picked up for our way back. Maximal did not do anything to amend this situation. We are very dissapointed by the service this company offered to us.

Negatieve ervaring: The overall experience of the bus ride is not terrible just due to the fact that they didn't mention on the website that each destination is not sperate bus instead of going through all of them with only 1 bus. Which cause unexpectedly delays and way too many miss inconvenience. For example, I have booked my return to Rotterdam after Timewarp, when I was checking in the bus they were informing me that before we reached Rotterdam they have to go through Belgium to drop some people and come back all the way to the Netherlands passing Eindhoven then finally Rotterdam. If I had to take the train back to Rotterdam would be maximum 6 now with more than 9 hours in and I have not reached my destination. Please take this consideration and check their website before becoming another victim

Coaches are spacious, clean and with USB charging points and toilets. MASSIVE thanks to Joris and Maximal Trips team for going extra mile and for getting me back my precious jacket that I've left on the coach. Dealt with quickly and without problems so yes Joris and the team got your back, hah! ;)

Fantastische ervaring: Met maximal naar sziget festival geweest. Bussen waren netjes op de afgesproken tijd aanwezig en het was duidelijk welke bus we moesten hebben, zowel op de heen en terugweg. Goede, hilarische chauffeurs.

Fantastische ervaring: Was asked to be the tourguide for one of the busses to sziget this year. It was a fun experience, the journey was planned well, and the drivers communicated very clearly to the passengers about the stops we would make. For the meals they made sure to stop at big rest stops so that everyone could get their food quickly and the trip wouldn’t have any delay.

Fantastische ervaring: Ik heb een super toffe tijd gehad met Maximal Trips naar Sziget! De reis verliep super vlot, hele aardige, grappige en meedenkende buschauffeurs en in het geheel goede communicatie over vertrektijden en dergelijke.

Positieve ervaring: Reis zelf was prima, genoeg pauzes en komt lekker optijd aan. Bussen waren wel heel krap voor de benen en kon niet echt je tas kwijt zonder meer van je beenruimte op te geven. Besides that helemaal top.

Fantastische ervaring: Fui de Tour Guide con Maximal Trips desde Antwerp hasta el festival Let it Roll en Milovice. En todo momento el contacto con la empresa fue correcto y me dieron las indicaciones necesarias para llevar a cabo mis tareas. El autobús era cómodo y los conductores simpáticos, adaptándose a los pasajeros para las paradas. Sin duda repetiría!

Der Ansprechpartner war immer zu erreichen, immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat jede Frage beantwortet. Der Bus war überall pünktlich und trotzdem wurde auf Extrawünsche (Pausen, etc.) eingegangen. Ich bin begeistert.

Fantastische ervaring: Eerste keer reizen met Maximaal, en eerste keer balaton sound festival. Wat een combinatie! Ik mocht ook busbegeleidster zijn, dat vond ik al een hele eer. Dankzij busbegeleidster te zijn hebben Merel en ik meteen een leuke groep mensen leren kennen. En dat zijn vrienden geworden, dat is een ervaring op zich. Voor een week festival mochten we meer dan genoeg bagage meenemen. Wat ik opzich wel heel belangrijk vond, zeker als je gaat vergelijken met andere organisaties. Het was een fijne maar ook zotte reis die ik niet snel zal vergeten. Bedankt Maximaal!

Fantastische ervaring: Perfect, snel & goed geregeld!

Positieve ervaring: J'ai été coordinatrice de bus pour le Rampage Open air 2022, pour ce qui est de mes tâches, tout a été expliqué très clairement malgré le fait que je sois arrivée à la dernière minute, et j'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à le faire. Pour ce qui est du voyage, nous avons malheureusement eu un contretemps assez conséquent qui nous a beaucoup retardé (fuite de moteur). Nous avons donc du prendre un bus de remplacement de bien moins bonne qualité que le premier. Au niveau de l'ambiance, on s'est beaucoup amusés et on a pu créer des liens qui ont perduré même après le festival. Bémol, nous n'avons pas été déposés à l'endroit promis au retour. En conclusion, un voyage plein de rebondissements qui sont plus dûs au hasard et à la mauvaise organisation de la compagnie de bus française que de la faute de Maximal Trips.
